The services provided through LERN include a Resource Coach who works on-site at each company. Their primary role is to assist employees in removing barriers that may prevent an employee from being successful in the workplace.
Services can include helping employees navigate the health and human services system, obtain housing, locate child care, manage finances, and much more.
In addition to the Resource Coach, LERN also provides a loan savings program for needed funds and transportation issues.
The Lakeshore Employer Resource Network program is a collaborative initiative between 10 local employers, West Shore Bank, and United Way of Mason County. The program is managed by UWMC.
